On Nov 12nd, 2025, Grace Machinery (“Grace”) and Bernhard IDE GmbH & Co. KG
(“IDE”) announced the signing of a global strategic cooperation framework agreement.
This collaboration deeply integrates IDE’s top-tier German technology and brand
reputation in the plastic machinery sector with Grace’s, launching a new Recycling cobrand
“GIRT” to provide global recycling customers with cutting-edge, cost-effective
solutions.
The agreement outlines deep cooperation across three core business modules:
- Recycling Equipment: The parties will establish a „Joint R&D Committee“ and
develop, manufacture, and market recycling equipment globally under the new cobrand
“GIRT”, aiming to set a new benchmark in the recycling sector.
- Pipe Equipment: IDE will act as the exclusive general agent for Grace’s plastic pipe
equipment in the European market, leveraging its established sales network to
introduce high-quality Grace pipe systems to Europe. - Profile Equipment: The strategic partnership will enable Grace to provide profile
production solutions that incorporate German technological standards to the Chinese
and global markets.With the support of Grace`s global sales network IDE will
strengthen its global presence.
The cooperation features an innovative collaboration model and a forward-looking
intellectual property framework, ensuring transparency, sustainability, and a solid
foundation for future joint technological innovation.
